Its simple, you will only stop smoking if you want to stop, you must want to mentally. Then you just stop none of that cuting down crap you just stop, its then all down to will power and self belief. i gave up smoking easy. i just switched to snuff. i used to quit alot. smoke for a few months quit for a few after 4 t 6 months i would want to smoke.? did it for years then i switched to snuff 3 years ago and never smoked again. i even tried it but it didnt do anything for me. $1.29 a week or two and i love the nicotine buzz.

Do it, get some help some patches or gum and follow the directions, the benefits are almost immediate once you stop your body feels better within a day. It's two manths for me I wont ever bother again. When you find yourself thinking about? quiting make a plan to do it and try. I tried to quit 3 other times and it gets easier each time you try. You must decide to quit not do it from pressure of others, that doesnt work.

After holding a Lavatube and? a Provari; there is no comparison. Lavatube feels like something you'd get in a dollar store. That's not a joke. The Provari feels like a piece of tech that was made for performance. Obviously machined well and assembled by people who actually care about the quality of their product. I have bought three mods and my Provari makes the other two seem like toys. Don't buy garbage; no matter how cheap it is.

True, that safety feature does limit its usability for some people. For others it is an advantage. It all depends on how you vape. Which is why I try to outline the pros and cons for people to make their own decisions. The error doesn't impede me too much, as I tend to now? try to run LR items at higher than 4.0 or 4.1, which is around fresh battery voltage.

@Acolis, I also was a very heavy vaper (I have since quit all smoking :) ) I would go through 2 1/2? to 3 batteries in a day. I always had backups charged and ready, since the starter kit comes with two batteries. The Green Smoke cartridges last a good amount of time but there are people who refill them. ive been considering getting the greensmoke but i have a few concerns.. im a very heavy vaper and i havent found a single brand of e cig that the battery lasts me for more than 2-3 hours worth of vaping so the small battery sice is a concern. how long does it last for you? are the cartridges refillable? i find myself refilling my cartriges at least 4-5 times so thats very important? to me too. thanks
