"i owe my life? to smoking"ha ha what a cad.

I enjoy smoking, but don't enjoy the? negative effects that come along with it. In my opinion, the negatives far outweigh the positives, so I choose not to smoke! For whatever reason nicotine was never able to grip me the way it can some other people.

Who cares if I die 5-10 years earlier, 1. The cost of living for 5-10 years towers over the cost I? will spend on smoking. 2. Who wants to be an old and dilapidated man feeling out of place amongst the young population. At the end of the day non-smokers should at least tolerate smokers on the basis that it is their choice.

Smoking is bad for your long-term health, but marginally more pleasurable than it is unpleasant in terms of short-term effects (being that it? causes, by creating a tolerance and psychological dependence on itself, then solving the need for that fix by daily intake): the question you must ask yourself is "Is it worth the loss of years of your life?" If not, don't. If yes, knock yourself out.

i'd agree with that if all humans were models of righteousness and were able to function away from the TV... which they arent. What wisdom does a man who's spent 90% of his life watching garbage on TV have to give to his children, and will his children even listen if he did? If policies work out to keep everyone living "longer" then it only means that they're being kept alive to squeeze every last penny out of them? during the time, that's the motive behind this health and proactive propaganda

This is but one data point. ? I would hardly call that proof. Do I think that natural tobacco is less dangerous than manufactured tobacco? Maybe... I don't know... I'm not a botanist... However I also don't think that what he says constitutes anything even resembling proof. It is but one tiny portion of potential evidence. Please, consider only the facts, sir.

Orrrrrrrr.... We could keep people alive long enough to live their lives fully, seeing as it's far more? productive for each person to contribute what they know to society than to have to repeatedly re-educate and re-train every generation.

Studies from the 70's/80's on the effects of abstaining from smoking showed that people who? were stressed were much more likely to make impulse purchases if they didnt smoke, and thus they contributed to the economy more. So I think thats probably a prime reason theres a push to vilify smoking as business want more people buying their shit. We can both agree that smoking shortens the life span, but thats a good thing as there should be less people living long enough to collect pensions, right?

The Tobacco of today is not the same as what he is smoking.? He had the steak of tobacco we have the equivalent of greasy nasty McDonalds. Big difference.

Stress is likely the biggest threat to most peoples' lives. If cigarettes or dope eliminates your stress, it may just be a wash. If you have a more stressful life than normal, or? have a high stress job, or have a genetic disposition for high blood pressure or heart attacks, you may come out ahead with these types of stress relief aids.

You own your life and the majority of life is chance. This video is great proof of that. If you want to do something dangerous that will mean you won't live to be 85, so be it. Bill Maher (who I'm not a fan of): "Please stop assuming that longevity and? perfect health is always the correct option. No. Sometimes fun costs ya. It just does, you know? And that's OK, you're willing to make that purchase. Sammy Davis, Jr. was 64 when he died. Give me 64 Sammy-years, I'll be happy."

If you want to smoke, there really is no better option than a nice pipe and pipe tobacco and do it in moderation. Far less risk, and done far less frequently than cigarette smoking. it is a thoroughly enjoyable past time. Dont inhale, just sit back and relax? and enjoy a bowl of fine tobacco.

There may be arsenic in cigarettes, but it is NOT an "ingredient". It's not deliberately added. There's also arsenic in fish and poultry and water, as it is found naturally in soil. This is how it gets into tobacco, which means it will be in your tobacco ("manufactured? shit" or not) unless you've managed to find a source that grows their tobacco out of the ground in fucking distilled water.
By: Jakeshark. on 07 Mar 12, 04:24:00
Where's your counter argument? All I've heard is insults. Arsenic is an ingredient in cigarettes, which is used as rat poison. Don't believe me? Look it up. I'm not going? to spend my time arguing with you on youtube.
By: Vurdox. on 06 Mar 12, 17:36:37
yes it obviously? has...? Didn't you watch the vid lol...Also half that comment was a joke...lighten up folks
By: leakeg. on 06 Mar 12, 13:54:52
ahahaha rat poison? OK, established,? you're a fucking idiot. I'm not telling anyone to smoke or not smoke, I don't care, but there is a fucking shit load of evidence that shows tobacco causes cancer, don't make up bullshit to defend your position.
By: SwordInAir. on 06 Mar 12, 10:28:01
Smoking? hasn't kept him alive. Smoking doesn't make you live longer.
