I know - it can be really frustrating - especially when you know how easy it could be for them to quit too. I am sure that (even if they don't say it) they see you as an inspiration. Actually, Allen had a great suggestion for these situations - on your birthday when a loved one asks you what you want as a gift, you can ask them to read the book. This approach has helped? a few of my friends to quit. Good luck!

The book explains that you are addicted to the drug,after two? weeks the urge leaves your body,in the mean time the book breaks down the real reason you smoke and also rules out every excuse you tell yourself that you smoke,or why you need to smoke.

I'm am slightly skeptical of some of the things he is saying. Please no one troll me or flame me for this, I'm merely curious. How he says he never experienced withdrawal pangs? at all and didn't gain any weight. I don't see how that's even physiologically possible. When you suddenly remove a chemical from your body that it has become addicted to you always experience withdrawal symptoms, for some more intense than others. That's just science. Please explain.

I used the audio book and stopped 3 months ago. I was elated at how easy it was,? after so many failed attempts. Some of the benefits were almost instantaneous, but I'm noticing more and more benefits as the weeks go by. I've now managed to persuade my wife to give it a go!

Ez valóban M?KÖDIK!!! 3 hete szívtam el az utolsó cigarettát! :))) Olyan könny? volt már ez a 3 hét is, hogy el sem hiszem! 24 év után szabadultam meg a cigaretta undorító, és mindent meghatározó rabságából! Csak ajánlani tudom! :)) Köszönöm Allen Carr! This really WORKS! Now it's 3 weeks that I smoked my last cigarette! :))) Even this 3 weeks was? so easy that I can't really believe it! I was freed up from the slaveness of cigarette for 24 years!!!! I recommend it! :)) Thanks Allen Carr!

I was unsure before I came across the book but after 15 years of a 20 a day I am now 13 months smoke free,every excuse I had for smoking was in his book,I never thought I would be able to quit and always thought it was impossible to enjoy a few drinks without smoking. Dont waste your life and money on this stupid drug,this book is the easiest way to quit. I think you get get a copy? on Ebay for Ł1/2

I've tried it all - patches, gum, cutting back, cold turkey, etc., all of which left me in a miserable state of craving a cigarette and eventually succumbing to one. I read this book over a month ago and haven't touched nicotine since. My heavy smoking friend also read the book. He said that during the first week he? had some minor cravings, so he tried a cigarette on day 5. It actually made him sick and now he is proud to say he has no more nicotine cravings.

I think we all feel safe? listening to him, becuase he was a smoker. He was one of us, not some doctor in a lab coat talking shit. I'm on day 1 after listening to allen carr's audio books, and its surprisingly easy.
