Thanks. This is the most thorough tutorial on how to fill the cartridges and wash the wool I have seen yet. Most other videos don't even mention the? wool. The ones that do mention the wool recomend replacing it with some material I have never heard of or seen in a store.

The pill container is a good idea. I just started vaping a few days ago. I didn't like the prefilled cartridges and waiting on my order of eliquid. I think? it should be here Monday. At the moment, I'm putting empty cartridges in a coffee cup. And I'm keeping supplies in a makeup bag. You could probably buy another pill sorta and label the top with the filled liquids. They buy tiny post it notes and you could tape it to the top of the lid. Dripping seems a way to go as well.

We should be investing in human capital. Would you agree: Everyone has a right to the basics of life, food and shelter? Necessities should not be taxes? Question I have is how does a police officer test someone driving erratic who is not using alcohol (if? drugs were legal)?? I have a concern among many about legalization and which ones should we legalize and would that make the drug cartels in Mexico really stopped killing and beheading people?? Partially she is correct about tobacco...this gov. gets over 90 billion in tax? revenue. I doubt they really want tobacco users to quit...that a huge financial loss...if the gov. truly believed in public health they would ban in over time...however doing so would lead the need to tax all the non tobacco users to make up the difference..wasn't prohibition repealed over money??

What are you talking about? I was talking about those that are in prison for passing bad checks, minor theft, etc. Those are not victimless crimes. Use some common sense for a change.? Putting someone in prison for smoking a joint isn't justice so pay a fine & some community service & set then free. These are the types of things that would reduce those in prison. I would as well. I don't feel that a lot of folks should be in jail. Instead they should be paying restitution to those that were effected by the crime. Yet as I've stated before. Just because you dream of this utopia doesn't make it viable. I would bet my next years salary that as many problem arise as were solved. It probably doesn't matter to you, but I would rather use prisons to protect? society from predators (like rapists, murders and molesters) rather than as a warehouse to hold folks you look down your nose at (drug users, gamblers, prostitutes). But that's just me.

I ask them because you oversimplify the issue. Declaring drugs legal will cause as many problems as it solves. That's the point. You give simplified quasi answers that leave more questions instead of solutions. Vice has to be tolerated. So who gets to determine what's over the line? If the guy next door steals? from you a couple of times to pay for his drug use? Maybe 3 times. When all his friends come to his house & party all day & night; them throwing their drug needles into your yard; etc.

You ask a lot of questions but do not answer? mine. There are no solutions to these age old problems. There are only trade-offs. I say there is a distinct line between crime (violations of rights) and vices (behaviors many or most people don't like). In a free society, vice has to be tolerated. It will exist whether or not there are prohibitions, but it is a subtle understanding to realize it is a disease left better untreated. Would you. So how do you go about it? Drugs are legal. How do you ensure that someone doesn't make drugs that are lethal? How do you ensure that drugs made are an appropriate strength? How do you keep folks from over dosing on drugs? It's easy to just say legalize drugs. That will fix everything.? Especially since we've already establish that there are folks that will not use drugs responsible. We can't make things idiot proof. So making them legal won't fix all the problems.

cont - Drugs are available everywhere doesn't make it right. People are murdered everywhere so lets just make it legal. You can't have it both ways. There is always going to be someone/some folks that are? going to game the system. It happens all the time everywhere. So by legalizing bad choices wont make the problem go away. Making people responsible for their choices will. It doesn't mean that the existing system doesn't need to be changed. As I stated in my 1st comment.
